NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION PURSUANT TO SDCL 47-1A-1407.
The public is hereby notified that QUINT CITY TRADES & LABOR BUILDING ASSOCIATION, INC. a South Dakota not-for-profit corporation (the “Company”), has ceased business and operations and was voluntarily dissolved by action of its members on October 2, 2025, and such dissolution was certified by the Secretary of State on October 14, 2025. Any person or entity having claims against the Company must submit his, her, or its claim against the Company to the following: Cutler Law Firm, LLP Attn: Nichole J. Mohning, 140 N Phillips Ave, 4th Floor PO Box 1400 Sioux Falls, SD 57101-1400 In order for a claim to be considered, it must contain, at minimum, the following information: (1) name of claimant; (2) mailing address of claimant; (3) amount of claim; and (4) reasonable detail and supporting documentation regarding the nature of the claim. Claims may be submitted even if the final amount owed, if any, has not been determined. Any claim against QUINT CITY TRADES & LABOR BUILDING ASSOCIATION, INC. will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within three years after the publication of this notice.
