NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTINUE OPERATION
Notice is hereby given the SAND/GRAVEL mining operation being conducted by:
DAHME CONSTRUCTION CO INC, PO BOX 407, ABERDEEN, SD 57402-0407 will continue its mining operation located at NW1/4 Section 35; T123N – R64W, Brown County, SD.
The general location of the mining operation is ½ mile South of Aberdeen on Highway 281.
The operation originally advertised to be completed by 04/01/2023, will be extended to: 04/01/2095
Proposed future use of the affected land will remain as originally advertised.
