The following tax levy opt-out was passed by the governing body and referred by petition to the voters. The tax levy opt-out does not become effective unless approved by majority vote.
OPT-OUT of such tax limitation in the amount of $500,000 starting with the calendar year 2025 taxes payable in the calendar year 2026. This opt-out will be for ten years, which will be through taxes payable in the calendar year 2035.
To vote use a cross (X) or check mark (ü) in the square in front of “Yes” or “No”.
□ Yes A vote “Yes” will increase the tax levy by the amount of the opt-out.
□ No A vote “No” will leave the tax levy as it is without the amount of the opt-out.
