Fans invade Aberdeen for boys State B

Welcome to one of the biggest events of the year in Aberdeen!

Thousands of basketball fans will invade the city this week for the State B boys basketball tournament, which begins Thursday, March 19 at the Barnett Center and concludes with the championship game the night of Saturday, March 21.

This year’s qualifiers include defending champion Castlewood, Aberdeen Christian, Viborg-Hurley, Freeman, Sully Buttes, Lyman, De Smet and Wall.
