FREDERICK AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT
The Frederick Area School District, Frederick, South Dakota, is requesting sealed proposals from qualified HVAC contractors for HVAC improvements at the Frederick Area School District facilities.
The project generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, installation, controls, ventilation improvements, CO₂ monitoring and control, testing, balancing, commissioning, and other work necessary to provide a complete and operational HVAC system in accordance with the Request for Proposals and project specifications.
Copies of the Request for Proposals and specifications may be obtained from the Frederick Area School District Business Office or by contacting the Business Manager at 605-329-2355 or Shauna.Severson@k12.sd.us.
Sealed proposals shall be clearly marked “HVAC Improvements – RFP” and shall be delivered to:

Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2026.
Proposals will be publicly opened at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2026, at the Frederick Area School District Library, Frederick, South Dakota, during the Regular Meeting of the Frederick Area School District Board of Education.
The Frederick Area School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals.
