MINUTES
SPECIAL MEETING APRIL 16, 2026
A special meeting to discuss property variance discussion on Lots 4-6 Block 5 ORIG PLOT Frederick and Revision to Ordinance and Zoning in regards to Mobile Home Park and Meter Pits was held on Thursday, April 16, 2026 in the Frederick Community Center beginning at 8:00 PM. Attending the meeting were Chairman Scott Campbell, Board members Marty Morlock and Troy Millard, and Finance Officer Jennifer Morlock.
Scott Campbell opened the meeting and led in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Discussed revision to the comprehensive plan of the Town of Frederick that addresses Mobile Home Parks.
Discussed possible property variance on Lots 4-6 Block 5 ORIG PLOT Frederick. Development Corporation purchased this property and would like to make it a campsite with about 12 campers.
Motion to adjourn made by Morlock/Millard at 8:40 PM; motion carried.
