NOTICE OF EQUALIZATION MEETING
Garland Equalizitaion meeting was held March 18th, 2025 at the Shed in Westport SD. Those present where Shawna Musch, Jason Podoll, Landon Dennert, JoLynn Podoll and Paul Dennert. No appeals were brought to the board. Lyle Podoll had a building permit which was approved by Shawna and 2nd by Jason. Paul Dennert voiced concerns about the raise in taxes. Board discussed the issues of bad winters in the past, flooding and bus routes. Conversation ended as appreciating concerns and making the township aware. Shawna made a motion to put this on old business and Jason 2nd it. Shawna made a motion for Pies blading for 2025, Jason 2nd and motion passed. Shawna made a motion for H.J. Jacobs to haul gravel with a back- up as Cox Trucking, Jason 2nd it and motion was approved.
