NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING & NOTICE FOR BIDS
Annual Meeting Notice Gem Township March 4th, 2025
The annual meeting of the electors of Gem Township will be held at the shop of Doug Stange, 13971 399th Ave, Groton, SD from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect one supervisor (3 yr term), one clerk (1 yr term), and one treasurer (1 yr term), as well as to discuss any other business of the township.
Notice of Bids
Gem Township will be accepting bids for road maintenance and gravel. We request bids be submitted for regular gravel and crushed gravel by the yard. Road maintenance bids should
be by the mile (8 rounds minimum) and snow removal bids should be by the hour. Bids must be received by March 14, 2025.
