NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTINUE OPERATION
Notice is hereby given that the SAND/GRAVEL mining operation being conducted by HF Jacobs & Son Construction, Inc., PO Box 36, Aberdeen SD 57402-0036 will continue its mining operation located at S ½ Section 18; T128N-R63W, Brown County SD. The operation originally advertised to be completed by 8/1/2026, will be extended to 8/1/2036. Proposed future use of the affected land will remain as originally advertised.
