NOTICE OF SALE
Hieb’s High Rev Repair, the owner of a 1984 Oldsmobile Cutlass (VIN***8000), which has been left on said real property at 101 North Main Street Aberdeen, South Dakota for repairs.
Hieb’s High Rev Repair claims a lien upon said vehicle. That Kiari Gillespie, of 108 10th Avenue SE, #1, Aberdeen, SD 57401, may claim an interest in said vehicle; however, Kiari Gillespie was given a 30-day notice to reclaim the above-described vehicle. Kiari Gillespie has failed to claim said vehicle after 30 days.
The amount due as of today’s date is $886.88 for unpaid repairs, and $5,880.00 for storage fees.
For easier access to the public, said sale shall take place at the front door of the Brown County Courthouse by the Attorney of Seller on the 20th day of October, 2025 at 10:00 o’clock a.m.; however, the 1984 Oldsmobile Cutlass may be seen by the public with free right of access for inspection at 101 North Main Street, Aberdeen, South Dakota.
