NOTICE OF WEED MOWING
All right of way along roads in Lansing Township must be cut between September 1st and October 1st. The township will cut any right of ways not cut with cost charged to the land owner. The charge of $300.00 per mile will be charged to the land owner.
Per certified Law, the owner or occupant of any land abutting or adjoining upon township roads shall cut, remove or destroy, or cause to be cut any grass, weeds, trees and brush growing in the right of way of such roads.
