PROVISIONAL BUDGET AND REGULAR MEETING
FOR THE YEAR JANUARY 1, 2026 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2026
General Fund: Legal fees, $2,500.00; Advertising, $1,000.00; Insurance, $2,000.00; Engineering, $5,000.00; Administration and Office Expense, $1,000.00; Watershed Projects, $36,000; Reserve Fund, $5,000; Miscellaneous Expense, $500.00.
ADOPTION OF PROVISIONAL BUDGET FOR LOWER CROW CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the Managers of the Lower Crow Creek Watershed District, will meet in the Schuller Farms Shop, located at 11456 410th Avenue, Claremont, South Dakota on August 26, 2025 at 10:00 A.M., for the purpose of considering the foregoing Provisional Budget for the year 2026 and the various items, schedules, amounts and appropriations set forth therein and as many days thereafter as is deemed necessary until the final adoption of the budget on the 26th day of August, 2025. This meeting will address regular meeting items as well. At such time any interested person may appear either in person or by a representative and will be given an opportunity for a full and complete discussion of all purposes, objectives, items, schedules, appropriations, estimates, amounts and matters set forth and contained in the Provisional Budget.
