Let it be know that a 2017 Ford Focus, VIN #1FADP3K25HL226726, owned by Jason Murray whose last known address is 618 S 13th St Trlr 15, Aberdeen, SD 57401, is currently in the possession of Mack’s Auto Inc. Mack’s Auto Inc, has given proper notice to the above stated owner that the automobile is considered to be abandoned property, pursuant to SDCL 44-11-1, and that the automobile will be sold. The automobile is currently located at 803 3rd Ave SE Aberdeen SD 57401. Sale is made subject to a lien claimed by Mack’s Auto Inc against the automobile for unpaid storage, in the total amount of $68,900.00. As the property is considered abandoned, it shall be held out for public sale. Said public sale shall take place at the above-stated premises on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 10:00 am. The automobile shall be sold by public auction to the highest bidder for cash.
