INVITATION TO BID
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by New Hope Township until March 23rd, 2026, for gravel, road blading, snow removal, and road mowing for the fiscal year 2026-27.
Bids for gravel: 1,500 yards should be on the per yard basis, delivered, spread, and bladed on the township roads on or before July 15, 2026.
Bids for road blading (two passes) and road mowing (both sides) should be on the per mile basis, and snow removal on the per hour basis.
Proof of insurance should accompany bids and bids should include all taxes.
Bids will be opened publicly at the Township Board meeting on March 24th, at 7:30PM.
The Township Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and accept the bids it deems most favorable and in the best interest of New Hope Township, after all bids have been examined.
