Police investigate suspicious behavior, determine no criminal activity

The Aberdeen Police Department has investigated reports of suspicious behavior by an elderly male and determined no criminal activity has occurred.

That’s according to a news release from police.

The man was reportedly seen watching school-related athletic practices from his vehicle and talking with children from his vehicle and offering them toys, according to the release.

Following an investigation, APD found “no criminal element to this behavior.”
