RESOLUTION AND ORDER VACATING ROADWAY

Lansing Township, Brown County, South Dakota was presented with a petition to vacate the undeveloped road. Supervisors have considered said matter and being fully advised in the premises and considering it advisable to do so: All supervisors upon roll call vote, voted Yes to vacate public street right-of-way and the clerk herein is further order and directed to publish in the Aberdeen Insider for two weeks, after a 30 day period will file with the Register of Deeds, in Brown County, South Dakota.

Now, Therefore, be it resolved, and it is hereby ordered: That the existing public street right-of-way as follows:

Houghton, South Dakota 57449, Running north and south commonly known as Fourth Street, Bordered by Ash Street on the North and Oak Street on the South, Located in the unincorporated Town of Houghton, SD in the SW1/4 of Section 31 Township 127 North, Range 61 West, of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Brown County South Dakota.

That said public street right of way being approximately seventy feet wide and four hundred forty-five feet in length.
