NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is given that Robert W. Charles died on March 2, 2025, and at the time of his death his assets were held by the Robert W. Charles Trust dated October 4, 2013, as amended. Roberta Thompson, whose address is PO Box 215, Mellette, South Dakota 57461 and Amy Charles are the successor trustees of the Robert W. Charles Trust.
Creditors of the decedent’s trust, or of Robert Vl. Charles, must submit their claim within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this notice. If no claim is submitted with thin this time frame, your claim may be barred.
