NOTICE OF VARIANCE HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held during the Spink County Planning and Zoning meeting at 10:00 a.m. on October 21, 2025 in the Spink County Commissioner Room, Spink County Courthouse, in Redfield, South Dakota to consider the following request: John Graham: SNEARLY’S 1ST B 1 LOTS 1,2 & 3 & OL 16 & OL 1 & VAC W 150′ OF ALLEY N OF OL 1 MANSFIELD VILLAGE 5-120-64 to approve existing mobile home placement closer to the setbacks than allowed by Spink County Ordinance 17.0806.
Notice is further given that any person, or persons, who are interested in the approval of or rejection of such an application may appear at the scheduled hearing or write a letter to the Equalization office at 210 E 7th Avenue Redfield, SD 57469.
