NOTICE OF ADOPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: The Board of County Commissioners, in and for the County of Spink in the City of Redfield, South Dakota, on the 6th day of January, 2026, revised the following Ordinance, the revisions will become effective February 4, 2026.
TITLE 17.04 OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND BOUNDARY INTERPRETATION
Be It Ordained by the Board of County Commissioners of Spink County that Title 17.04 of the Zoning Ordinances of Spink County is hereby amended to classify the following properties: Binger Addition in the NE ¼ 15-115-65, Spink County, SD, from Commercial to Agricultural; and Binger Second Addition in the NE ¼ 15-115-65; from Agricultural to Commercial.
Passed and adopted this 6th day of January, 2026.
