NOTICE OF ADOPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: The Board of County Commissioners, in and for the County of Spink in the City of Redfield, South Dakota, on the 21st day of October, 2025, revised the following Ordinance, the revisions will become effective November 18, 2025.
TITLE 17.04 OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND BOUNDARY INTERPRETATION
Be It Ordained by the Board of County Commissioners of Spink County that Title 17.04 of the Zoning Ordinances of Spink County is hereby amended to classify the following property, Binger Addition in the NE ¼ 15-115-65, to Commercial from Agriculture.
