NOTICE OF ADOPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: The Board of County Commissioners, in and for the County of Spink, in the City of Redfield, South Dakota, on the 3rd day of March, 2026, adopted revisions to the Ordinance Title 17.02 Definitions and adopted Ordinance Title 17.30 Data Centers, the adopted ordinance and revisions will become effective April 8, 2026.
The full text of the adopted Ordinance Title 17.30 Data Centers; and the full text of Ordinance Title 17.02 Definitions with adopted revisions noted, are available for viewing in the Auditor’s Office, located on the 2nd floor of the Spink County Courthouse, 210 E 7th Ave, Redfield, SD, or on Spink County’s website at http://www.spinkcounty-sd.org/.
