NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: The Board of County Commissioners, in and for the County of Spink in the City of Redfield, South Dakota, on the 17th day of February, 2026, at the hour of 9:20 AM at the Spink County Courthouse in the County Commissioners’ Chambers will meet in regular session to conduct the first reading of changes to Ordinance Titles 17.02 DEFINITIONS and 17.30 DATA CENTERS and
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT any person, persons, or their representatives who are interested in the approval or rejection of any such changes may appear at either or both times and be heard.
