ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by HKG Architects, 524 South Arch Street, Aberdeen, South Dakota until 2:00 p.m., C.T., January 9, 2026, for labor and material required for the Spink County Daycare, 25 W 6th Avenue, Redfield 57469, South Dakota. All divisions of the work to be included in one prime construction contract.
Pre-Bid walkthrough will be Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 1:00 pm.
Copies of the plans and specifications are on file at the Builders Exchanges listed in the Instruction to Bidders; and at the office of HKG Architects, AIA, P.O. Box 55, Aberdeen, South Dakota, 1-605-225-6820. Copies may be obtained at the architect’s office by bidders.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or draft in the amount of 5% of the base bid plus all add alternates, or a 10% bid bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and made payable to the “Spink County Daycare, Redfield, South Dakota”.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
