NOTICE OF 11/4/25 UNAPPROVED MINUTES
The Spink County Drainage Board met November 4th, 2025 at 9:45 AM with board members Dave Albrecht, Brian Johnson, Brett Knox and Kevin Siebrecht present. Denise Fliehe, Drainage Administrator was also present. A list of all visitors present at the hearing is available in the Spink County equalization Office. Absent Suzanne Smith.
Motion was made by Kevin Siebrecht to approve the agenda. Seconded by Brett Knox. Motion to approve the minutes from 10/21/2025 made by Dave Albrecht, seconded by Kevin Siebrecht. All voted Aye. Motion carried.
A drainage hearing was held for Erick Marlow who has applied for a drainage permit to: Install drain tile and outlets into the NW ¼ of 2-116-64.
Erick Marlow was present and answered questions from the board. No one was present to oppose the project. The board closed public comment and board held a discussion on the matter. Motion to approve the project was made by Kevin Siebrecht, seconded by Dave Albrecht. All voted Aye. Motion carried to approve the drainage project in the NW ¼ of 2-116-64
Brian Johnson, Chairman, called to adjourn the Drainage Board meeting at 9:50am and convene as a Planning and Zoning Board.
