NOTICE OF REZONING HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held during the Spink County Planning and Zoning meeting to be held September 16, 2025, at 10:00 am in the Spink County Commissioner’s Room, Spink County Courthouse, in Redfield, South Dakota to consider the following request.
Petition for Rezoning from agricultural to commercial for Tanner Binger located at the legal: BINGER ADDITION IN NE 1/4 15-115-65, Lake Township to build and sell homes.
Notice is further given that any person, or persons, who are interested in the approval of, or rejection of such application may appear at the scheduled hearing or write a letter to the Spink County Equalization office at 210 E 7th Ave. Suite 7 Redfield, SD 57469.
