A Public Hearing will be held during the Spink County Planning and Zoning meeting on April 28, 2026 at 9:30 am in the Spink County Commissioner’s Room, Spink County Courthouse, in Redfield, South Dakota to consider the following request: a Temporary Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation Permit for 16,832 head of swine for Hutterville South Dakota Inc, dba Great Bend, LLC located at NW 1/4 12-117-63.
Notice is further given that any person, or persons, who are interested in the approval of or rejection of such application may appear at the scheduled hearing or write a letter to the Equalization Office at 210 E 7th Avenue Redfield, SD 57469.
