NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
A Public Hearing will be held during the Spink County Planning and Zoning meeting at 10:00 a.m. on September 22, 2026, in the Spink County Commissioner Room, Spink County Courthouse, in Redfield, South Dakota. Ledcor Technical Services, LLC is requesting a CUP to construct a Utility Substation in the SW ¼ EX 1.02A RD 33-117-61.
Notice is further given that any person, or persons, who are interested in the approval of or rejection of such an application may appear at the scheduled hearing or write a letter to the Equalization office at 210 E 7th Avenue Redfield, SD 57469.
