VARIANCE HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the Spink County Planning and Zoning Board at 10:00 a.m. on April 14, 2026, in the Spink County Commissioner Room, Spink County Courthouse, Redfield, South Dakota to consider the following request:
Nathan Wipf, property located at SE ¼ 33-115-61, requests a variance to allow a storage container to be placed within the required roadside setback, in violation of Spink County Zoning Ordinance requirements.
Notice is further given that any person, or persons, who are interested in the approval of or rejection of such an application may appear at the scheduled hearing or write a letter to the Equalization office at 210 E 7th Avenue Redfield, SD 57469.
