A Public Hearing will be held by the Spink County Planning and Zoning Board at 10:00 a.m. on July 21, 2026, in the Spink County Commissioner Room, Spink County Courthouse, Redfield, South Dakota to consider the following request:
Rob Duerkop requests a variance to allow a garage located at the ORIGINAL B 5 L W 15’ OF N ½ & S ½ OF 10 & ALL 11-15 & VACATED ALLEY FRANKFORT CITY to be closer to the road right of way, than allowed by Spink County Zoning Ordinance.
Notice is further given that any person, or persons, who are interested in the approval of or rejection of such an application may appear at the scheduled hearing or write a letter to the Equalization Office at 210 E 7th Avenue Redfield, SD 57469.
