VARIANCE HEARING

A Public Hearing will be held by the Spink County Planning and Zoning Board at 10:00 a.m. on September 22, 2026 in the Spink County Commissioner Room, Spink County Courthouse, Redfield, South Dakota to consider the following request:

Kevin & Martia Siebrecht request a variance to allow a portable shed located at the PARRISH 1^ST ADDN TO COTTONWOOD BEACH S 1/3 LOT 44 ALL LOT 45 & N ½ LOT 46 8-115-65 to be closer to the property line, than allowed by Spink County Zoning Ordinance.

Notice is further given that any person, or persons, who are interested in the approval of or rejection of such an application may appear at the scheduled hearing or write a letter to the Equalization office at 210 E 7^th Avenue Redfield, SD 57469.
