PLANNING AND ZONING PROCEEDINGS

NOTICE OF 9/2/25 UNAPPROVED MINUTES
The Spink County Planning and Zoning Board met at 11:00 a.m., September 2, 2025, at the Spink County Courthouse. Present were board members Dave Albrecht, Brian Johnson, Brett Knox, Suzanne Smith, and Kevin Siebrecht. Also, present Kristi Hausvik, Zoning Administrator. See a list of guests present at the Equalization Office.
ADOPT AGENDA
Motion was made by Suzanne Smith, seconded by Brett Knox, to adopt the agenda. All members voted aye. Motion carried.
REVIEW NEW ZONING ORDINANCES
Discussions were held regarding Wind Energy System (WES), and Data Processing Center ordinances. A few in attendance had questions. Further discussions were tabled until the next Commissioner’s meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
Adjourned as Planning and Zoning Board at 11:28 a.m. Motion to adjourn by Brian Johnson. All members voted aye. Motion carried.
