A Public Hearing will be held during the Spink County Planning and Zoning meeting at 9:30 a.m. on February 3, 2026 in the Spink County Commissioner Room, Spink County Courthouse, in Redfield, South Dakota to consider the following request: Todd Koester to place a mobile home which is fifteen (15) years older than allowed by Spink County Ordinance at the following property owned by Sheila Akin Roeber:

Legal Description: Thompson Beach L 59-62
Notice is further given that any person, or persons, who are interested in the approval of or rejection of such an application may appear at the scheduled hearing or write a letter to the Equalization office at 210 E 7th Avenue Redfield, SD 57469.
