NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MEETING
A Public Hearing will be held during the Spink County Planning and Zoning meeting at 10:00 a.m. on October 7, 2025 in the Spink County Commissioners Room, Spink County Courthouse, in Redfield, South Dakota to consider the following request:
Conditional Use Permit for the operation of a 300 – 500 head lambing facility located at:
OL 6 EX 2.96A IN NW & LESS LOT H1 4-116-64
(Being platted as Stover Addition Lot 2 – plat in progress)
Notice is further given that any person, or persons, who are interested in the approval of or rejection of such application may appear at the scheduled hearing or write a letter to the Equalization office at 210 E 7th Avenue Redfield, SD 57469.
