NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
A Public Hearing will be held during the Spink County Planning and Zoning meeting at 10:00 a.m. on October 21, 2025 in the Spink County Commissioners Room, Spink County Courthouse, in Redfield, South Dakota to consider the following request:
Conditional Use Permit to allow the 1981 mobile home to remain at the following location:
John Graham: SNEARLY’S 1ST B 1 LOTS 1,2 & 3 & OL 16 & OL 1 & VAC W 150′ OF ALLEY N OF OL 1 MANSFIELD VILLAGE 5-120-64
Notice is further given that any person, or persons, who are interested in the approval of or rejection of such application may appear at the scheduled hearing or write a letter to the Equalization office at 210 E 7th Avenue Redfield, SD 57469.
