NOTICE OF PUBLIC ZONING HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE SPINK COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD WILL MEET TO CONSIDER A REZONING REQUEST on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 8:35 AM, during the Spink County Planning and Zoning meeting, NOTICE IS HEREBY ALSO GIVEN THAT THE SPINK COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WILL MEET TO HEAR A REZONING REQUEST on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 8:45 AM, during the Spink County Commissioners’ regular meeting. Both hearings will be held in the Commissioners Room, Spink County Courthouse, 210 East 7th Avenue, Redfield. The hearings will be to consider the following repeal and replacement.
Repeal rezoning changes adopted October 21, 2025, Applicant: Tanner Binger; Legal: Binger Addition in the NE ¼ 15-115-65; Reason for Petition to Rezone: Reclassify from AG to Commercial; and replace with Applicant: Tanner Binger; Legal: Binger Second Addition in the NE ¼ 15-115-65; Reason for Petition to Rezone: Reclassify from AG to Commercial.
Notice is further given that any person, or persons, who are interested in the approval or rejection of such application, or their attorney, may appear and be heard at said scheduled public hearings.
