VARIANCE HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held during the Spink County Planning and Zoning meeting at 9:30 a.m. on March 31, 2026, in the Spink County Commissioner Room, Spink County Courthouse, in Redfield, South Dakota to consider the following request: Darvin Dickhaut, property located at: ORIGINAL B 12 E 10′ LOT 3, ALL LOTS 4-8 & W 24′ LOT 9 ASHTON CITY to request approval to build a garage closer to the south property line than allowed by the Spink County Zoning Ordinance.
Notice is further given that any person, or persons, who are interested in the approval of or rejection of such an application may appear at the scheduled hearing or write a letter to the Equalization office at 210 E 7th Avenue Redfield, SD 57469.
