JOHN DOE defendants, being all persons unknown who have or claim to have any interest or estate in or lien or encumbrance upon the premises described in the Complaint,

SUMMONS
THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Amended Complaint to Quiet Title of the Plaintiff, which was filed in the Office of the Clerk of this Court, at Aberdeen in Brown County, South Dakota, on the 22nd day of October, 2025, and which prays for a judgment quieting the title to and the determination of all adverse claims against the premises described in the Complaint, situated in said county, to wit: Brown County, and to serve a copy of your answer to said Amended Complaint to Quiet Title on the undersigned at their office at Bantz, Gosch & Cremer, L.L.C., PO Box 970, Aberdeen, SD 57402-0970, within thirty (30) days after the completed service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of such service, and such service of the Summons upon you shall be deemed completed upon the fourth and final publication of this Summons; and if you fail to answer said Complaint within that time, the Plaintiff will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves real property situated in the County of Brown, State of South Dakota described as follows:
Parcel One: Lots Eleven (11) and (12), Block Ninety-six (96), Hagerty
and Lloyd’s Addition to Aberdeen, Brown County, South
Dakota, according to the plat thereof, and subject to
easements, restrictions, and reservations of record, if any.
Parcel Two: Lot Fourteen (14), Block Ninety-six (96) Hagerty and
Lloyd’s Addition to Aberdeen, Brown County, South
Dakota, according to the plat thereof, and subject to
easements, restrictions, and reservations of
record, if any.
Parcel Three: Kessler’s Lot One (1), Saint Luke’s Midland Regional
Medical Center Addition to the City of Aberdeen, Brown
County, South Dakota, according to the plat thereof, and
subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of
record, if any.
