Please take notice and be advised that the above-entitled matter has been scheduled for an Adjudicatory Hearing on the 20th day of December, 2024 from the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. before the Honorable Circuit Court Judge Julie Dvorak, at the Brown County Courthouse, Aberdeen, South Dakota.
Failure to appear at these Adjudicatory Proceedings shall be deemed an admission.
