NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
DACOTAH BANK, a South Dakota banking corporation,
Plaintiff,
v.
JONATHON D. BEITELSPACHER and BROWN COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of South Dakota,
Defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by virtue of a Special Execution on foreclosure issued pursuant to the January 2, 2025 Judgment of Foreclosure for foreclosure and sale in the above entitled action, the undersigned, as Sheriff of Brown County, South Dakota, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, at the front door of the Courthouse in the City of Aberdeen, Brown County, South Dakota, on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property in Brown County, South Dakota:
Lot 4, Block 49, Second Addition to Aberdeen, Brown County, South Dakota, according to the recorded plat thereof
or so much thereof as may be sufficient to satisfy said Judgment plus subsequently-accruing interest, costs, attorney fees and expenses of foreclosure and other amounts lawfully to be added to such Judgment.
The real estate is being sold subject to the rights of Brown County for unpaid real estate taxes, plus interest and penalty.
The sale of the above-described real estate is subject to the rights of redemption as provided by law.
The title to the proceeding under which said sale is made is as captioned above.
