NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN a Verified Petition for Adult Name Change has been filed by Alyssa Marquardt the object and prayer of which is to change Petitioner’s name from Alyssa Bixler to Alyssa Chapman. On the 3rd day of June 2026, at the hour of 9:30 am said verified petition will be heard by this Court before the Honorable Gregg C.
