TO: MATTHEW LEROY RHYMER, the natural father of the above-name minor child,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition has been filed with this Court praying for an Order declaring the above-named minor child, FINLEY KYLE GAUER, born the 4th day of June, 2014, to be adopted.
That on the 13th day of May, 2025, at 11:00 o’clock a.m., of said day in the courtroom in the courthouse of Aberdeen, Brown County, South Dakota, has been set for hearing said Petition before the Honorable Marshall C. Lovrien, Circuit Court Judge, when and where any person interested may appear and show cause why the said Petition should not be granted. Said Petition is on file herein and may be referred to for further particulars.
