SHERIFF’S NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by virtue of a Judgment rendered in the above entitled action dated August 6, 2025, and docketed in the office of the Clerk of Courts in and for Brown County, South Dakota, on said date, for the foreclosure of the real estate mortgage and sale of the premises in the above entitled action, I am commanded and directed in accordance with said Judgment to sell at public action to the highest bidder for cash the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block 46, Second Addition to Aberdeen, according to the plat thereof of record, Brown County, South Dakota,
or so much there of as may be sufficient to satisfy the above Judgment in favor of Healthcare Plus Federal Credit Union.
The amount claimed to be due and said Judgment is $24,484.64, plus costs of $8,067.13, and attorney fees of $4,750.00, for a total of $37,301.77, all of which bears interest at 10% per annum. The mortgagors are Healthcare Plus Federal Credit Union, there are no assignees. The date of the mortgage is July 22, 2009, at 10:52 a.m., in Book 638, Page 959.
Said sale will take place on October 22, 2025, at 10:00 am, at the front door of the Brown County Courthouse, Aberdeen, South Dakota.
