NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN a Verified Petition for Adult Name Change has been filed by Jayden Patrick Engel the object and prayer of which is to change Petitioner’s name from Jayden Patrick Engel to Magdalena Odette Enge. On the 25th day of August 2026, at the hour of 9:45 am said verified petition will be heard by this Court before the Honorable Marshall Lovrien Presiding, at the Court Room in the Brown County Courthouse, City of Aberdeen, Brown County, South Dakota, or as soon thereafter as is convenient for the court.
