1. THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA TO THE SHERIFF OF BROWN COUNTY,
GREETINGS:

WHEREAS, at a term of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Circuit District of the State of South Dakota in and for the County of Brown held at the Courthouse in the city of Aberdeen in said County July 8, 2026, and judgment and decree was by the said Court duly rendered and given in an Action in which Weststar Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, Eric Weber, et al. were Defendant(s), which judgment and decree provided:

THEREFORE, you are hereby commanded and directed, in accordance with said judgment and decree, to proceed forthwith to advertise and sell said property or so much thereof as may be necessary to raise the sum so adjudged to be due, with interest and costs, and costs and expenses of the sale, and apply the funds arising from such sale to the judgment and decree, and return the Execution within sixty (60) days after it is received by you, to the Clerk of Circuit Court, Brown County.
