TAKE NOTICE that on the 20th day of December, 2021, W 25’ ADJ E 25’OF N 250’ RR ROW S OF 15TH AVE SE (FILE SIMMONS BK15), was sold at County Treasurer’s tax sale for delinquent taxes on said premises, to the County of Brown in the State of South Dakota, and said County of Brown is still the holder thereof and the right of redemption will expire and a Deed to said property will be made at the expiration of sixty days from the completed service of this notice.
