Notice is given that on the 10th day of December, 2024, Aimee Wagner, whose mailing address is 38607 142nd Street, Warner, SD 57479, was appointed as Personal Representative of the Estate of Scott Robert Wagner.
Creditors of decedent must file their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this notice or their claims may be barred.
Claims may be presented in writing to the Personal Representative at the undersigned counsel for the Personal Representative or may be filed with the clerk of courts at Brown County Clerk of Courts 101st Ave SE #200 Aberdeen, South Dakota 57401 and a copy of the claim mailed to the Personal Representative.
