Notice is given that on May 11, 2026, Kevin K. Rossow died, who was a Settlor of the
Kevin & Kathryn Rossow Living Trust, dated May 09, 2012, and any amendments thereto.
Kathryn L. Rossow, whose address is 1224 3rd Ave SW, Aberdeen, SD, 57401, is the
current Trustee of the above named trust and the current Personal Representative of the Estate of
Kevin Rossow.
Creditors of the deceased Settlor must file their claims within four ( 4) months after the date
of the first publication of this Notice or any claim or collection efforts which otherwise could have
been asserted or enforced against the trust or estate or assets thereof may be barred.
Claims may be submitted to the Trustee/Personal Representative by mailing a written
statement of the claim to the address listed herein.
