Three vehicles stolen between Dec. 19 and 26 recovered, police say


Three vehicles stolen in Aberdeen between Dec. 19 and Dec. 26 have been recovered by authorities.

The thefts were in the 300 block of North Jay Street, the 200 block of Seventh Avenue Southeast and the 300 block of Fifth Avenue Northeast, according to a news release from the Aberdeen Police Department.

One of the vehicles had a gun inside, which has also been recovered, per the release.

On Dec. 29, a juvenile male was arrested by police and charged in connection to the thefts. He faces four counts of grand theft and single counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation, according to the release.
