3/24/25 SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
The special meeting of the Board of Education, Warner School District #6-5, Brown County, SD was called to order by President Jensen at the Warner School Board Room on March 24, 2025 at 6:00 pm. Board members present: Sarah Bierman, Cody Bruns, Valerie Jensen, Leah Haaland, and Shannon Knuppe. Also present were Superintendent/HS Principal Mike Kroll, Business Manager Angie Vetter, HS Principal/AD Tyler Severson, Jason Jung, Doug Leidholt, Brenda Rozell, Chad Vetter, Barry Marcuson, Matt Hill, and Mike Johnson.

Motion by Bruns, second by Bierman and carried to approve the agenda.
Board President asked for continuing disclosures: none
Board President asked for public comment: Jason Jung spoke
Jason, Tyler, Doug, Brenda, Chad, Barry, Matt, and Mike left.
Motion by Knuppe, second by Haaland and carried to go into executive session at 6:07 p.m. for negotiations and personnel.
Board President declared executive session over at 9:43 p.m.
Motion by Bruns, second by Knuppe and carried to adjourn at 9:48 p.m.
