JUNE 30, 2026 MINUTES
The special meeting of the Board of Education, Warner School District #6-5, Brown County, SD was called to order by Vice President Bierman at the Warner School Board Room on June 30, 2026, at 8:00 pm. Board members present: Aimee Anderson, Sarah Bierman, Cody Bruns, Leah Haaland (by phone), and Shannon Knuppe. Also present were Superintendent Mike Kroll and Business Manager Larry Robinson.
Pledge of Allegiance
Motion by Bruns, second by Knuppe and carried to approve agenda with addition of Personne SDCL 1-25-2 (1) to executive session.
Board Vice President asked for continuing disclosures: none
Board Vice President asked for public comment: none
Motion by Knuppe, second by Anderson and carried to go into executive session at 8:02 p.m. for Legal according to SDCL 1-25-2 (3) and Personnel SDCL 1-25-2 (1).
Board Vice President declared executive session over at 10:56 p.m.
Motion by Haaland, second by Anderson and carried to adjourn at 10:58 p.m.
